Press Release Summary = New Bargain Finder for Automotive Issues - Search portal monitors current offers of cars and related itemsDublin, Ireland, April 30, 2007 - Unsurprisingly, this year's spring has led many car owners to think about a change of car, insurance, or accessories. Aiming to reduce the growing range of car related offers on the Internet, the recently launched search portal auto-betterdeals.com plans to constantly monitor current offers. "This way, direct competition will increase and prices drop," stated the portal's marketing advisor Marlon Porter.
Press Release Body = In addition to new and used car offers, auto-betterdeals.com gives an overview over present alternatives of insurances, accessories, and financing options, arranging the results along prices. Customer opinions shown in a separate section complete these services with independent statements. Considering the constantly increasing amount of new offers and providers, the portal is going to implement an automatic supervision system for new competitive offers that are not yet listed on the site.
As Porter explains, auto-betterdeals.com pursues a double objective with this strategy: "On the one hand, people will be able to decide what proposal fits their needs best, regarding prices and features. On the other, retailers will be forced to orientate in competition from a client's point of view, enhancing the changes of price drops and more quality." Focussing not only on a small range of suppliers from each segment, the developers hope to make markets more transparent to the customers' eyes.
The planned supervision system automatically searches for new offers that correspond to existing priority schemes. Not only prices but also quality and feature comparisons determine if scanned items deserve the attention of the site's search experts. When an offer fits into the scheme, the system notifies the expert team instantly. This way, there is a human control of possibly manipulated search engine data. All five categories use different schemes to find competitive offers. The insurance related scheme, for instance, looks for bargains with respect to customer segments, like women, business clients, or high range consumers.
As part of the European vertical sites network www.betterdeals.co.uk, the new creation www.auto-betterdeals.com stands for the network's aim of providing Internet users with guidance to the increasing amount of information, products, and services offered on the Internet. Since the end of 2003, Go Advertising Limited, Dublin, manages the professional team's activities that create betterdeals.co.uk, which this year alone has already led to 35 newly created sites. ###
